What Casey provides

Casey helps you compare fare information across flexible dates, save searches, and receive flight alerts. Casey is a search and referral service, not an airline, hotel, travel agent, insurer, or the seller of the travel product you ultimately book.

Prices and bookings

Travel prices, availability, schedules, baggage rules, and restrictions can change quickly. A price shown by Casey is not guaranteed until the booking provider confirms it. Always check the final currency, passenger details, dates, connections, baggage, refund rules, and total price on the provider's website before paying.

Your booking contract is with the airline, travel agent, hotel, activity provider, or other seller you choose. Their terms, cancellation rules, and privacy policy apply.

Accounts and alerts

You must provide accurate information and keep access to your email or Google account secure. Alerts are a convenience and are not guaranteed to arrive immediately or at all. You remain responsible for checking and completing any booking.

Casey Plus

If you buy Casey Plus, the price and renewal period are shown before checkout. Subscriptions renew unless cancelled before the next billing date. You can manage or cancel an active subscription from your Casey account. Statutory consumer rights are not affected.

Affiliate links

Some Casey links are affiliate links. If you click one and make a purchase, Casey may earn a commission at no extra cost to you. Affiliate and creator participants must follow the programme rules, use clear advertising disclosures, and must not make misleading claims or use prohibited promotion methods.

Acceptable use

You must not misuse Casey, interfere with its security, scrape or overload the service, attempt unauthorised access, impersonate another person, submit unlawful content, or use Casey in a way that harms users, providers, or the service.

Availability and liability

Casey is provided on an “as available” basis. To the extent permitted by law, Casey is not responsible for losses caused by changing fares, missed alerts, provider errors, travel disruption, or decisions made using third-party information. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Changes and contact

We may update Casey or these terms. Material changes will be posted here and may be communicated in the service. Continued use after a change means the new terms apply, except where the law requires a different process.
