This policy explains what Casey Flights collects, why we need it, and the choices you have when you use our flight search, alerts, account, subscription, and affiliate features.
Information we collect
When you create or use a Casey account, we may collect your email address, name, Google profile details you choose to share, saved routes, search preferences, traveller details, alert settings, and account activity.
For Casey Plus and affiliate payments, Stripe processes payment details. Casey receives transaction, customer, subscription, and payout identifiers, but does not store your full card number.
How we use it
- To sign you in securely and manage your account.
- To search for fares, save routes, and send the alerts you request.
- To operate subscriptions, affiliate accounts, commissions, and support.
- To measure performance, prevent misuse, fix problems, and improve Casey.
- To meet legal, accounting, and security obligations.
Services that help us run Casey
We use trusted providers including Supabase for authentication and data services, Resend for email delivery, Stripe for payments, and Cloudflare for hosting and security. Flight, hotel, eSIM, and activity links may be supplied through partners such as Travelpayouts, Klook, Saily, or the booking provider shown before you leave Casey.
Affiliate partners may record that you followed a tracked link and later completed a purchase. Their own privacy policies apply after you visit their service.
Cookies and analytics
Casey uses essential browser storage and cookies to keep you signed in, remember settings, and protect the service. We may also use limited measurement data to understand visits and feature performance. Affiliate links can set partner cookies after you click them.
Storage, security, and retention
We use appropriate technical and organisational safeguards, but no online service can promise absolute security. We keep information only for as long as it is needed to provide Casey, meet legal obligations, resolve disputes, and prevent fraud. Retention periods vary by the type of record.
Your choices and rights
You can change or delete alerts from your account and unsubscribe from non-essential email. Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, or export your personal information, and to object to some uses.
To make a privacy request, email alerts@caseyflights.com. We may need to verify your identity before completing the request.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as Casey changes. We will post the latest version here and update the date below. Important changes may also be communicated by email or in your account.
